THE PRODUCT

HOW ACCURATE ARE THE PHOTOS? WILL IT BE SHIPPED AS SHOWN?

Our bags and boxes are as shown, we will add packaging to keep the items safe and secure. We use pretty speckled tissue paper and black hex wrap for glass bottles. It’s all wrapped up with our personalised ribbon and put in a standard shipping box for extra protection.

MY PURCHASE IS A GIFT, WILL MY RECIPIENT SEE THE RECEIPTS/ PRICING?

We never include receipts or packing slips inside any of our sent items, knowing that they are almost always a gift. With regards to price tags, we try not to alter packaging too much. Our carefully selected items are chosen with consideration for quality and also packaging. We have yet to come across an item with price tags, but we are sure if it were to happen, it would be small and subtle.

DO YOU DO BOXES FOR MEN?

In our humble opinion, who wouldn’t love our gifts? Boys can enjoy sparkly things and self care! Generally we cater toward the ladies, because we are the ladies and we know what we want. As our company grows and expands, so too will our products.We do offer gender neutral corporate options, just hit us up and we will have a chat!

WHAT’S INSIDE A HELLA GOOD GIFT BAG?

Beautiful things! Each bag comes with the specific contents you ordered, if on the rare occasion that we are out of stock of something in particular, we will be in contact and together we can choose an alternative item. We supply one complimentary, hand written note on our artist designed cards. Tissue paper to protect the items inside and hex wrap to protect any glass. Each gift comes with our branded ribbon to perfectly tie it all together, and we may throw in a couple freebie stickers for funsies.

WILL I HAVE THE OPTION TO WRITE A NOTE TO MY RECIPIENT?

Each gift includes a hand-written note. The cards themselves are beautiful, whether they have been created by our artists or photo prints by local photographers. You simply provide us with your message and we'll handle the rest.

DO THE BOXES EVER CHANGE?

Yes! We are an ever changing, growing company. We will always be looking to better ourselves and improve our range. We hope you will stick around, if you have any suggestions or feedback, shoot us an email.

CAN I CUSTOMISE MY OWN GIFT BAG?

Not at this moment, but we will be looking into that in the future! You can definitely add some specified items in the add-on section to any bag, but for now we are super proud of the gift sets we have chosen

WHAT IS THE SIZE OF EACH BAG?

Our bags measure 240 x 310 x 140mm from top of the handle, to the base.They will be shipped in boxes not too much different to that. Our holo boxes measure........

CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?

We currently don’t offer gift cards, however get in touch as we are growing every day!

WHAT ABOUT SOME ITEMS THAT MAY MELT IN HOT WEATHER?

We do minimise the number of products we use that have the potential to melt, but items such as chocolate and candles are a crowd favourite!. Please note that included items in gift bags that are subject to melting is at your own risk. We can't guarantee the quality of these items upon delivery, and we are unable to issue refunds as a result of melting. But we will try our very best to prevent these things from happening.

TELL ME MORE ABOUT GOLD FOIL PRINTS

Our gold foil prints are hand foiled by local, talented artists and as such may have slight blemishes. This makes each individual print both unique and perfectly imperfect!
We are very proud to have these prints tailor made just for us and having the added option for personalisation is something we absolutely LOVE and hope you do too 💛

SHIPPING

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?

Orders take 2-10 business days to deliver via standard shipping, depending on where they're going. If you select our express shipping options, we will fulfill orders placed before 12pm AWST the same business day, otherwise they will be fulfilled the next business day.Our warehouse ships Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm AWST and is closed Saturdays and Sundays.

DO YOU DELIVER ON A SPECIFIC DAY OR OVER THE WEEKEND?

For now we unfortunately cannot guarantee specific day or weekend delivery.

HOW DOES EXPRESS SHIPPING WORK?

We ship Mon-Friday 9am - 3pm. If you place an expedited order (meaning you select the express option) before 12pm AWST on a weekday, we will fulfill the order and send it out the same day.If you place an expedited order after 12pm AWST, your expedited order will be shipped out the next business day.

FREE SHIPPING OVER $100

As consumers ourselves, we find the biggest ‘eye roll’ moment is when you have decided on an order and click the check out button, only to find all the hidden extra costs they slug you with! Shipping, taxes, extra for the notes. We don’t want that, we want the process to be as simple as possible. The price you see on the gifting option you choose, is the total you pay! No BS.Free standard shipping applies to Australia wide on orders over $100 per shipping address. That means if you're placing an order for multiple addresses, FREE shipping only applies per $100 gift purchased.

I CHOSE EXPRESS SHIPPING AND IT TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED!

Oh no, we don’t like to hear that! Unfortunately, once an order leaves our warehouse, there isn’t a whole lot we can do. If a delay occurs on our courier's part, it is out of our control and we are unable to offer refunds for shipping costs at this time. Of course, if it’s a crazy delay, shoot us an email and we will see what we can do.

MY SHIPPING HAS BEEN DELAYED.

That sucks! We know you don’t want to hear it!!! But this stinkin’ pandemic still manages to slow things down! We’re so sorry, but unfortunately it's beyond our control. Our team works tirelessly to ensure your orders are processed and shipped out ASAP, but certain delays are just out of our hands. If it’s been over 12 days, shoot us an email and we will be happy to look into this for you.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Send us an email and we will see what we can do! But at this time, we do not have it as an option on our website, it is definitely something we hope to do in the future.

I PUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?

Oh my goodness, why are you wasting time reading our FAQ page! Quickly get in touch so that we can change it before we ship it!  We will always have real people responding on our end, so please communicate wherever possible as we will do our very best to help! Unfortunately if it has already been shipped, there’s nothing we can do. Sorry! Please be sure to check carefully when filling out the order.

DELIVERY

WILL MY DELIVERY NEED TO BE SIGNED FOR?

We do not require a signature upon delivery. We have heard of instances where a delivery driver has decided for whatever reason to ask for a signature. This is unfortunately out of our control, but we are sure the decision would be made with the recipients best interest in mind.

WHY DOES IT SAY DELIVERY WAS UNSUCCESSFUL?

We are here to help call couriers and use tracking information provided. Please be sure to diligently check the tracking info we email to you. If the delivery was unsuccessful due to an incorrectly input address, we're unfortunately unable to provide a replacement or refund. However, if your package is returned to us by the courier, we will happily provide a refund for the value of the item.

MY ORDER SAYS IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED, BUT MY RECIPIENT DIDN’T GET IT

Have them take a good look in and around their property and ask around to see if anyone has grabbed it for them -  there’s a good chance it’s hiding somewhere. If tracking says that your order has been delivered, but your recipient is unable to locate it, drop us an email and we will try our very best to help you out. This would be a very rare situation that would be out of our control such as the gift being lost or stolen, we can’t issue refunds or replacements at this time, the best thing to do would be to file a carrier claim and we will do the same on our end. Unfortunately those stinky porch pirates do exist!

RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All gift box sales are final. We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on any items. If there is something wrong with a product or if it was damaged at all during transit, please let us know and we will work with you to arrange compensation.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS ON INDIVIDUAL ITEMS?

Per our policy, any gift bags/boxes are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.We will happily compensate on items that may be damaged or faulty.

HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?

We don't currently accept returns. However, when and if we do, upon the return of an item, the item will either be refunded or replaced. We are all about communication, so just let us know of any issues and we will try our best to accommodate!
